Description

TLS connections can be routed by hostname using the Server Name Indication field. Administrators use the `snid` proxy to forward encrypted traffic without terminating TLS, which is useful for name-based proxying. Proxy rules affect exposed services and privacy expectations, so configuration should be reviewed.
