Audio can be encoded to MP3 using a very fast fixed-point encoder. It is useful on systems where low CPU use, predictable performance, or embedded-friendly audio conversion matters more than having every advanced encoding option.
This is an encoder library or command-line component, not a full music player. Check licensing and quality requirements before using MP3 output in distributed products.
