Description
Adds MIME handling support used by GNU Emacs mail, news, and message-related packages. It helps Emacs-based workflows understand attachments, encoded message parts, and content types.
Most users need it only as part of an Emacs mail or communication setup. It does not add a separate app; behavior appears inside Emacs packages that load this library.
