Adds the Zdenek voice for Czech speech output in RHVoice. It is useful for Czech accessibility workflows, reading support, voice prompts, and applications that need a Czech voice.
This package contains voice data and is selected inside RHVoice-aware tools. Treat text spoken aloud as potentially private user content.
