Adds the Timofey voice for Russian speech output in RHVoice. It is useful when a different Russian voice is preferred for accessibility, reading aloud, prompts, or application testing.
The package supplies RHVoice voice data and normally appears only in speech settings. Spoken content can reveal private information, so choose playback context carefully.
