Description
Adds the Talgat voice for Tatar speech output in RHVoice. It is useful for accessibility workflows, reading assistance, localized voice prompts, and applications that need a Tatar voice.
The voice is configured through RHVoice-aware tools and has no independent launcher. Keep audio private when speaking documents, messages, or screen content.
