Adds the Nazgul voice for Kyrgyz speech output in RHVoice. It is useful for accessibility, reading support, localized voice prompts, and applications that need a Kyrgyz text-to-speech voice.
This package contains voice data, not a separate program. Select it through RHVoice-aware software and keep privacy in mind when personal text is read aloud.
