Adds the Natalia voice for Ukrainian speech output in RHVoice. It is useful for accessibility, reading Ukrainian text aloud, voice prompts, and localized applications.
This voice is configured through RHVoice-aware software. Text-to-speech output may contain private information, so use appropriate audio devices and privacy settings.
