Adds the Michal voice for Polish speech output in RHVoice. It is useful when a Polish voice is needed for assistive technology, document reading, announcements, or application testing.
This is voice data for RHVoice, not a separate application. Treat spoken content as sensitive when it includes personal documents, messages, or screen-reader output.
