Adds the Marianna voice for Ukrainian speech output in RHVoice. It is useful for accessibility, reading support, voice prompts, and applications that need a Ukrainian voice.
This package provides voice data only. Configure it through RHVoice-aware software and avoid reading sensitive text aloud where it can be overheard.
