Adds the Jasietka voice for Slovak speech output in RHVoice. It is useful for Slovak accessibility workflows, reading support, voice prompts, and applications with selectable speech voices.
Use it through RHVoice or software that calls RHVoice. Text read aloud can contain personal information, so keep audio routing and usage context appropriate.
