Adds the Evgeniy-eng voice for English speech output in RHVoice. It is useful for users who prefer this English voice in accessibility tools, reading software, voice prompts, or tests.
This is a voice-data package and normally appears only inside RHVoice-aware configuration. Be mindful of privacy when personal or work text is converted to speech.
