Adds the Dilnavoz voice for Uzbek speech output in RHVoice. It is useful for accessibility, reading support, localized prompts, and applications that need Uzbek text-to-speech.
It is voice data selected by RHVoice-aware software, not an independent program. Keep private text private when speech output reads documents, forms, or messages aloud.
