Adds the CLB voice for English speech output in RHVoice. It helps users choose a voice that better fits screen reading, document playback, voice prompts, or application testing.
This voice is used through RHVoice configuration and does not run on its own. Treat text-to-speech content as private when it comes from messages, documents, or screen contents.
