Description
Adds the BDL voice for English speech output in RHVoice. It is useful when users or applications need a specific English voice for accessibility, document reading, voice prompts, or speech testing.
This is voice data, not a separate application. Select it through RHVoice-aware software and consider privacy when personal text is read aloud.
