Adds the Artemiy voice for Russian speech output in RHVoice. It is useful when a different Russian voice is preferred for accessibility, reading aloud, announcements, or application testing.
This is voice data for RHVoice rather than a standalone program. Choose it in the speech configuration and consider privacy before reading personal text aloud.
