Description
Adds the Arina voice for Russian speech output in RHVoice. It is useful for accessibility, reading assistance, prompts, and applications that need a selectable Russian voice.
The package contains voice data and is used through RHVoice configuration. Treat spoken text as sensitive when it includes documents, passwords, messages, or other personal content.
