Adds the Alicja voice for Polish speech output in RHVoice. It is useful for accessibility users, reading tools, and applications that need a selectable Polish voice.
This package is voice data consumed by RHVoice. It has no separate launcher, and text spoken through it should be handled according to the same privacy expectations as the original text.
