Description
Adds Kyrgyz language data for RHVoice, allowing compatible applications to produce Kyrgyz speech. It is useful for accessibility, reading support, language use, and voice interfaces that rely on RHVoice.
Install it alongside RHVoice when Kyrgyz output is needed. It has no separate launcher, and text sent to speech should be treated as user data.
