Description
Adds English language data for RHVoice so the synthesizer can speak English text. It is useful for screen-reader workflows, reading documents aloud, voice prompts, and applications that need English text-to-speech output.
This is supporting data for RHVoice and normally has no separate launcher. Treat spoken text as potentially private, especially when reading messages, documents, or browser content aloud.
