Description

Investigates kernel error return paths and call stacks so developers and administrators can understand where failures originate. It is useful for debugging low-level Linux problems that are hard to explain from normal logs alone.

Kernel tracing can require elevated privileges and may expose process names, paths, or sensitive system activity. Use it on trusted machines and avoid collecting traces from workloads you are not allowed to inspect.
