Description
Quassel components can share common files needed by the client, core, or monolithic IRC builds. This is useful because it avoids duplicating shared resources across the different Quassel package variants.
It is a support package, not a separate chat app. Users normally receive it as a dependency; the visible IRC features come from the Quassel client or core package installed alongside it.
