Adds extra image format plugins for Qt 5 applications, including TIFF, MNG, TGA, and WBMP. It helps compatible apps open and save images in formats not covered by the smallest Qt base install.
Users normally install it as a runtime plugin dependency. It does not add a separate app; image support appears in Qt programs that load these plugins.
