Description
Legacy Qt 3 applications can still build or run against the older cross-platform UI framework they were written for. This is useful mainly for maintaining old software that has not been ported to newer Qt versions.
It is a development and compatibility library, not a modern desktop app. Most users only receive it as a dependency; developers should prefer newer Qt versions for new projects because Qt 3 is obsolete.
