Description
Timezone definitions can be used consistently by legacy Python 2 applications across platforms. Pytz helps software localize datetimes and convert between IANA time zones.
It is imported by applications and does not synchronize clocks. Timezone-sensitive behavior should be tested around daylight-saving transitions.
