NMEA sentences from GPS and navigation devices can be parsed by legacy Python 2 tools. This small library helps applications read location, time, and sensor information from NMEA data streams.
It is imported by hardware and navigation software. Location data can be sensitive, so protect logs and outputs that include coordinates.
