Description
Web archive records can be read and written as WARC or ARC streams. This library helps archiving tools process captured web pages, HTTP records, and metadata without loading entire archives into memory.
It is imported by preservation and crawler software, not opened directly. Archives may contain private URLs, headers, or page content, so tools should handle storage and sharing deliberately.
