Provides a small subset of Unicode data used by linkify-it-py and related text-linking tools. It helps Python code recognize link-like text without bundling a much larger Unicode data set.
Developers normally receive it as a dependency. It supplies data for parsing and detection, not a separate app or user-facing feature by itself.
