XMPP accounts can relay conversations to WhatsApp through a gateway service. The package is for operators who bridge chat networks, so it handles external messaging credentials and traffic instead of acting like a standalone chat client.
Run and configure it only for accounts and networks you are allowed to connect. Messages may pass through third-party services and public chat networks, so privacy and credential handling matter.
