Redistributes the removed standard-library sndhdr module for legacy Python code that identifies simple sound file types. It helps older audio-handling tools continue running on newer Python versions.
This is a compatibility library with limited detection. Applications handling user-provided audio should still validate formats, sizes, codecs, and failure behavior with maintained media tooling.
