Adds QtHelp output support to Sphinx so documentation can be packaged for Qt Assistant and other Qt help viewers. It helps projects reuse Sphinx sources for local help integrated into Qt-based applications.
Developers use it during documentation builds. It changes the generated help format, while source accuracy, navigation quality, and user-facing explanations still depend on the documentation project.
