Provides Python definitions generated from OpenTelemetry protocol buffers. It helps telemetry tools serialize and exchange traces, metrics, and logs in the data structures expected by OpenTelemetry collectors and backends.
This is infrastructure for observability pipelines. Applications should still control what telemetry data is collected before it is encoded and sent elsewhere.
