Parses MPEG-DASH Media Presentation Description files from Python. It helps video tools inspect streaming manifests, periods, adaptation sets, representations, and segment information.
Manifest parsing helps understand streams but does not download or play video by itself. Applications should still validate URLs and respect content rights when processing media manifests.
