Description

Maintenance commands can run outside the current operating system with exclusive access to system hardware. System administrators use maintboot for recovery, offline maintenance, and operations that cannot safely happen inside the running OS. This can alter disks, boot state, and hardware configuration, so backups and explicit targets are mandatory.

How to run

maintboot

Commands: maintboot
