Reads IPIP.net IP database files in the IPDB format from Python. Applications can use it to map IP addresses to location or network metadata when they have a compatible database file.
IP geolocation is approximate and may involve privacy-sensitive address data. Use it for diagnostics or analytics with clear data-handling rules, not as proof of a person's exact location.
