Description
Reads image headers to find dimensions and DPI without fully decoding the image. It supports formats such as JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, SVG, Netpbm, WebP, and JPEG 2000.
Developers use it when generating reports, validating uploads, sizing layouts, or checking media files quickly. It inspects metadata only, so it is not a replacement for full image validation.
