Description
Find CUDA components on a system from Python tooling. It helps build scripts and applications locate CUDA libraries, headers, paths, or toolkit pieces before compiling or running GPU-related code.
This is a development helper and does not install CUDA by itself. Detection should be checked on the target system because multiple CUDA versions or unusual installation paths can change which components are found.
