Monitoring alerts can be delivered to XMPP chat rooms or users from Prometheus and Grafana workflows. This webhook service bridges alert payloads into Jabber messaging for operations teams. Alert messages may contain hostnames, service names, incidents, or sensitive labels, so endpoint exposure and chat access must be controlled.
