Add a Manjaro GNOME Plymouth boot theme that includes Maia-style visual elements. It customizes the look shown during startup and shutdown for systems using that Manjaro GNOME identity.
It is a boot theme, not a desktop app. Apply it through Plymouth configuration and keep another way to inspect boot output if troubleshooting becomes necessary.
