Description
Add a Manjaro Plymouth boot theme styled for the Budgie desktop edition. It makes the startup and shutdown splash better match that desktop environment's visual identity.
This package supplies theme files only. It does not add a launcher, and boot-splash changes should be tested with access to logs in case startup diagnostics are needed.
