Description
Add a Plymouth boot splash theme styled for the Manjaro Deepin edition. It changes the startup and shutdown visuals so the boot screen better matches that desktop flavor.
It is theme data only and does not add a launcher. Apply it through Plymouth configuration or a compatible settings panel, with boot logs available if startup troubleshooting is needed.
