Description
Migrate older Breath theme settings through KDE's kconf_update mechanism so existing Plasma configurations can move to newer theme data more cleanly. It is maintenance infrastructure for desktop settings.
Most users do not interact with it directly. It runs as part of configuration migration and should be kept when the desktop theme stack requires it.
