Description
Speech output in Vietnamese as used in Vietnam becomes available to local Piper text-to-speech setups. It is useful for offline narration, accessibility workflows, education tools, and applications that need Vietnamese spoken output.
This package is voice data, not a separate program. Piper or a compatible application can select the installed model to generate speech from text.
