Description
Speech output in Ukrainian as used in Ukraine becomes available to local Piper text-to-speech setups. It is useful for offline reading, accessibility workflows, language tools, and applications that need Ukrainian spoken output.
This package is voice data, not a separate program. Piper or a compatible tool can select the installed model when converting text into audio.
