Description
Speech output in Turkish as used in Turkey becomes available to local Piper text-to-speech setups. It is useful for offline narration, accessibility workflows, language learning, and applications that need Turkish spoken output.
This package is voice data, not a separate program. Piper or a compatible application uses the installed model to synthesize speech from text.
