Description
Speech output in Romanian as used in Romania becomes available to local Piper text-to-speech setups. It is useful for offline reading, accessibility workflows, regional language support, and applications that need Romanian spoken output.
This package is voice data, not a separate program. Piper or a compatible tool uses the installed model when turning text into speech.
