Description
Speech output in Dutch as used in the Netherlands becomes available to local Piper text-to-speech setups. It is useful for offline reading, accessibility workflows, education tools, and applications that need Dutch spoken output.
This package is voice data, not a separate program. Piper or a compatible tool can select the installed model when converting text into audio.
