Description
Speech output in Kazakh as used in Kazakhstan becomes available to local Piper text-to-speech setups. It is useful for offline narration, accessibility workflows, language support, and applications that need Kazakh spoken output.
This package is voice data, not a separate program. Piper or a compatible tool uses the installed model to generate speech from text.
