Description
Speech output in Italian as used in Italy becomes available to local Piper text-to-speech setups. It is useful for offline narration, accessibility workflows, language learning, and applications that need Italian spoken output.
This package is voice data, not a separate program. Piper or a compatible tool uses the installed model when synthesizing speech from text.
