Speech output in Spanish as used in Mexico becomes available to local Piper text-to-speech setups. It is useful for offline narration, accessibility workflows, regional language support, and applications that need Mexican Spanish spoken output.
This package is voice data, not a separate program. It becomes useful when Piper or a compatible tool selects the installed model for speech synthesis.
